Season Duration
The season schedule is defined by UTC time. However, the interface will automatically display the start and end times in your local client time (e.g., users in Japan or Korea will see their local equivalent times).

Early Bird Points
To reward our early adopters, historical trading volume and liquidation amounts generated by all users prior to the start of Season 1 will be calculated as Early Bird Points.
Multiplier: These historical points will be multiplied by 3.
Display: These points will be displayed in the "Early Bird Rewards" section within the "My Season Points" interface.
Overview
Users earn points by increasing their open positions (holdings) and trading volume. Points are also awarded when positions are liquidated. Each trading behavior has a specific calculation method to ensure balance and fairness.
Inclusions: Contract (Perpetual) trading and Vault activities.
Exclusions: Swap trading volume is not counted.
Calculation Formula
Season Points = Base Points + Team Boost Points + Referral Rewards + Early Bird Rewards
Team Boost Points are calculated daily using the formula:
Daily Base Points*(Daily Team Boost Multiplier - 1)
Example:
If Anna has 100 Base Points on a specific day, a Team Boost of 1.3x, 300 Referral Rewards, and 0 Early Bird Rewards:
Total Points = 100 + (100*(1.3 - 1)) + 300 = 430
Base Points Include:
TVL Points, Trading Volume Points, Position Points, and Liquidation Points.
Data Updates
Frequency: Daily updates.
Time: 00:25 UTC.
Mechanism: Daily trading activity is cumulative within the statistical period and does not duplicate across cycles.
Base Points Breakdown
1. TVL Points
During the season, depositing funds into your Perp Account and Vault Account earns you points. The more you deposit, the more points you receive.
Example: Anna deposits an average of 1,000 USDC into her contract account on Feb 10.
Result: She receives 4 TVL Points on the settlement day (Feb 11).
2. Trading Volume Points
Points are calculated based on trading volume. The higher the volume, the more points earned.
Example: Anna generates 8,000 USDC in contract trading volume on Feb 10.
Result: She receives 5 Trade Points on the settlement day.
3. Position Points
Points are calculated based on the size of your held positions (Open Interest). The larger the position, the more points earned.
Example: Anna holds a position of 2,000 USDC on Feb 10.
Result: She receives 9 Position Points on the settlement day.
4. Liquidation Points
You also earn points when a liquidation loss occurs.
Example: Anna is liquidated on Feb 10 with a liquidation loss of 100 USDC.
Result: She receives 10 Position Points on the settlement day.
Welcome Points (New User Reward)
Users who complete a wallet interaction using an Invitation Code and become an Invitee are eligible for a special Welcome Reward.
Reward: Your Base Points will be doubled (2x Multiplier) for 3 days, effective immediately upon binding.
Exception (Role Transition): If you invite another user during this 3-day bonus period:
The "2x Base Points" reward will cease effective from the next calendar day (local time).
Starting from that next day, you will transition to the Inviter role rules and begin earning 10% of your friends' Base Points instead.
Team Boost
As an Inviter (Team Leader)
An inviter's Team Boost is determined by the total points of their Direct Referrals (Team Members).
Qualifying Condition: A direct referral's points are only counted toward the team total if they meet both of the following daily requirements:
Daily Trading Volume ≥ 2,000 USDC
AND Daily Position Holdings ≥ 500 USDC
(If a referral does not meet these requirements, their points are excluded from the team count).
Threshold: A Team Boost of 1.1x to 2.0x is unlocked when the total qualifying team points range from 100 to 51.2k.
Note: The inviter's own points are not included in their own team's total.
Example:
Anna has 200 Base Points. She invites 20 direct referrals.
Every referral meets the daily volume and holding requirements.
The sum of the 20 referrals' Base Points = 20,000.
Result: According to the table below, this total qualifies for a 1.8x boost. Both Anna and her referrals receive this boost.
Anna's Final Points: 200 + 200*(1.8-1) = 360
As an Invitee (Team Member)
If you join someone else's team, you are an invitee. To qualify for the Team Boost earned by the team, you must meet the Daily Trading Volume and Position Requirements mentioned above.
Once qualified, if the team's total points reach a specific tier in the table below, you receive the corresponding Team Boost.
Dual Roles & Max Boost
If you are both an Inviter (have your own team) and an Invitee (joined another team):
The system compares the Team Boost of the team you lead vs. the team you joined.
Your final Team Boost will be the larger (Max) of the two.
Note: To enjoy the boost as an invitee, you must meet the daily trading/position requirements, and your points contribute to the team you joined.
Team Creation
Every user can simultaneously create a team (invite direct referrals) and join a team (become a direct referral).

Referral Rewards
As an inviter, you also earn Referral Rewards in addition to points. In Season 1, you can earn 10% of your Direct Referrals' total base points.
Condition: A direct referral's Base Points must be greater than 20 to be included in this calculation.
Example: Anna invites 20 direct referrals. Each referral has more than 20 Base Points. Anna receives 10% of the sum of all their points as a reward.
Rules & Disclaimers
Formula: Season Points = Base Points + Boost Points + Referral Reward + Early Bird Rewards. Base points include: TVL, trading volume, position points, and liquidation points.
Dual Identity: Each user can simultaneously create a team and join a team, enjoying the benefits of both a leader and a member.
Anti-Cheating: We strictly prohibit any form of cheating. If detected, personal points and contributed team points will be forfeited and not distributed.
Audit: Points will be audited within 7 business days after the season ends. The final updated points will be displayed on the page thereafter.
Rights:
We reserve the right to amend rules to ensure fairness and an optimal user experience.
Dipcoin reserves the right to disqualify rewards for wash trading, market manipulation, or bulk wallet registrations used to farm points.
