# DipCoin Referral Program Rules

Welcome to the DipCoin Referral Rebate Program!\
By sharing your exclusive referral link or poster to invite friends, you can continuously earn commission rewards from their trading activity.

### 1. Referral Mechanism & Rebate Rate

Referral Structure:\
Single-tier referral system\
You can only earn rebates from users you directly invite (“Direct Referrals”).

Rebate Rate:\
You will receive 25% of the actual fees paid by your direct referrals as commission.

### 2. Commission Calculation & Settlement Rules

#### 2.1 Scope of Calculation

Commissions are calculated based only on the following fees generated by direct referrals:

Included:

* Perpetual trading fees
* Fees generated from Vault activities

Excluded:

* Liquidation fees
* Negative fees (rebates)
* Discounted fees / VIP discount portions

#### 2.2 Settlement Rules

* Calculation Period: Daily, 00:00 – 23:59 (UTC)
* Settlement Frequency: Once per day
* Distribution Time: Completed on T+1

After settlement:

* Users must connect their wallet to manually claim rewards
* Commissions are distributed on-chain to the connected wallet address

### 3. Examples

**Assumptions**

* User B is your direct referral
* User C is referred by User B

**Scenario 1: Perpetual Trading Rebates**

Date: April 10, 2026 (UTC)

Daily Trading Activity:

* User B actual fees paid: 1,000 USDC
* User C actual fees paid: 1,000 USDC

Your Earnings:

* 1,000 × 25% = 250 USDC (from User B)

User B’s Earnings:

* 1,000 × 25% = 250 USDC (from User C)

Settlement Result (April 11, 2026 UTC):

* You receive: 250 USDC (pending claim)
* User B receives: 250 USDC (pending claim)

**Scenario 2: Vault Fee Rebates**

Date: April 10, 2026 (UTC)

Vault Fee Distribution (based on share snapshots):

* User B fee contribution: 100 USDC
* User C fee contribution: 100 USDC

Your Earnings:

* 100 × 25% = 25 USDC (from User B)

User B’s Earnings:

* 100 × 25% = 25 USDC (from User C)

Settlement Result (April 11, 2026 UTC):

* You receive: 25 USDC (pending claim)
* User B receives: 25 USDC (pending claim)

### 4. Additional Notes

* Rebates apply only to direct referrals; multi-level commissions are not supported
* All data is subject to the platform’s final calculation
* DipCoin reserves the right of final interpretation of these rules

The calculation of commissions shall commence from **00:00 UTC on April 16, 2026.**
